You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made between 7 days and up to 3 days before arrival are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations made on the day of arrival are subject to a 100% penalty. Any changes within seven days of arrival are possible only with written confirmation from the property and may be subject to rate changes. A tourist tax will be charged. To charge penalties, a valid form of payment must be provided at the time of booking. Credit cards must be specified on which the penalty amount can be held as a guarantee. However, the reservation does not require advance payment for the stay, which will involve a double check-in. Only in the event of cancellation, as per the conditions above, will the penalty, if applicable, be charged from the previously made reservation. Prior notice of the penalty, if applicable, will be given. If damage to the property, furnishings, electrical equipment, appliances, or other items is discovered upon checkout, or if any items are missing upon checkout, the related costs will be charged using the same payment methods used for the booking, and the interested party will be informed accordingly.
